Keely founded L'Asist Behavioral Health, LLC to offer more and better mental health services in the Silver-Bow and surrounding counties.Keely has seen how Targeted Case Management has significantly improved the outcomes for mental health well-being. This is why L’Asist Behavioral Health specializes in Targeted Case Management services along with other behavioral health services.She has been in the behavioral health field for several years. Her goal is to help bridge the gap between mental health resources and individuals who need them.Keely enjoys being crafty and innovative, which is drizzled into all areas of her life. Keely loves the outdoors, enjoying the time with her family.

Individuals can self-initiate services by contacting us directly via phone or email. No referral needed.Providers can refer clients by downloading the referral form and faxing it to L'Asist Behavioral Health. (HIPAA Compliant)Requirement:
